Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InspiringCards at inspiringcards.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

InspiringCards is an AI-powered service that generates personalised motivational greeting card images ("Cards") based on prompts you provide. You may preview a Card for free and purchase a one-time hi-res download for a flat fee of $5 USD.

3. Account registration

Purchasing a download requires you to create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may not share your account or transfer your purchase to another person.

4. Payments and refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD.
• The download fee is $5 USD per Card, charged once at the time of purchase.
• Because the hi-res file is made available immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued.
• If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from downloading your file, contact hello@inspiringcards.com within 24 hours and we will assist you.

5. Licence and permitted use

Upon successful payment, InspiringCards grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to:

• Print and use the Card for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. gifting to friends and family, personal display).
• Share a digital image of the Card on personal social media, provided credit ("made with InspiringCards.com") is included where reasonably practical.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Card (including print-on-demand, merchandise, or resale).
• Remove or obscure any branding elements embedded in the Card.
• Use the Card in a manner that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.

6. User content and prompts

You are responsible for the prompts and information you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any generated image that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The InspiringCards platform, branding, and underlying code are owned by So Design and protected by copyright. AI-generated images are produced using third-party models; InspiringCards makes no warranty as to the copyright status of generated artwork under applicable law. The personal licence in section 5 is the full extent of rights granted to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

InspiringCards is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated designs are unique but may occasionally be imperfect; the free preview lets you evaluate the result before paying.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspiringCards and So Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of InspiringCards after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
